"Risk" Pre-Order / Free Amazon Sampler

The new release from Daniel G. Harmann & the Trouble Starts "Risk" is officially out later this month on 10/26. However, we're offering a pre-order starting today with a free instant download of the record. We'll ship the CD to you on release day but you can enjoy the MP3's well before!

Click here for the pre-order and to preview the entire record.

If you want to sample and throw a couple songs on your iPod for a few days, two of the songs are available for FREE as part of the Burning Building Fall 2010 Sampler for Amazon. In addition to a couple DGH&TTS songs, Post Harbor, The Oregon Donor, To the Waves, and even Speaker Speaker (unreleased demo) have songs included!

Click here for the free Amazon sampler (available starting 10/5).

Daniel & co. will be playing a couple great shows over the next month:
10/21 @ Chop Suey w/ Phosphorescent & People Eating People (as part of City Arts Fest)
11/5 @ The Mix in Georgetown w/ Carrie Akre and The Kindness Kind (CD RELEASE)

Some kind words from the folks at CIty Arts about the upcoming release and show:

"What started out so long ago as the solo voice our community termed 'rainy-day makeout music' has grown into a four person band that has managed to take those heartbreaking songs and give them the context of a vast soundscape of buzzing guitars and rumbling drums. The band will be celebrating its upcoming debut, Risk, an album that is anything but what its title says."

Don't forget about Post Harbor either. They're playing Seattle Weekly's Reverb Fest this Saturday, 10/9 with a ton of great other bands. Check out the full lineup here and mark the show on your calendar!
